A resident of Saskatchewan with a valid SK Health Services Card
12 years of age or older

For individuals without a valid SK Health Services card, public (free) COVID-19 vaccines may be available at public health, not at the pharmacy. Call Saskatchewan Health at 1-833-727-5829 for eligibility and appointment information. Private pay COVID-19 vaccines may also be available for purchase at the pharmacy.

Pfizer Comirnaty LP.8.1 will only be available at public health clinics this year
Beginning in the fall of 2025, COVID-19 vaccination is recommended for previously vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals at increased risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection or severe COVID-19 disease as follows:
All adults 65 years of age and older
Those 6 months of age and older who are:
Residents of long-term care homes and other congregate living settings
Individuals with underlying medical conditions that place them at higher risk of severe COVID-19, including children with complex health needs
Pregnant women and Individuals who are pregnant
Individuals in or from First Nations, Metis and Inuit communities
Members of racialized and other equity-denied communities
Healthcare workers and other care providers in facilities and community settings.
All individuals (previously vaccinated and unvaccinated) 6 months of age and over not in the preceding list may receive the COVID-19 vaccine.
