We offer personalized travel health advice

Travelling to a new or exotic destination can be one of life's greatest adventures. Make informed travel preparations so you can enjoy a safe and healthy trip.

Book an appointment with a travel health expert at one of our in-person London Drugs Travel Clinics or with our Virtual Travel Clinic partner to learn about what travel medications, vaccinations and health supplies that you'll need for your journey.

All our travel services are provided by pharmacists and doctors who have obtained a Certificate in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine – the gold-standard in travel medicine.

No matter your destination, we’re here to help you prepare.

Vaccinations

      • Review of your routine vaccinations to make sure you are up to date
      • Discuss travel-specific vaccines required or recommended for your destination

Travel-Related Medications

      • Prescription medications for traveller’s diarrhea, malaria prevention, altitude sickness, or others as needed.
      • Non-prescription remedies for allergies, motion sickness, digestive issues, jet lag, sun protection, insect repellants, and more.

Travel First-Aid and Supplies

Travel Health Advice

      • Food and water safety, personal hygiene, and preventative measures for insects, sun, heat, or cold exposure

Management of Pre-existing Conditions

      • Medication storage, managing illnesses, and special health needs while travelling

  • Carry a sufficient supply of your prescription medications for your entire trip plus extra if your return home is delayed. Keep these in your carry-on bag in case your main luggage is lost in transit.

  • Carry a list of your medications with you (image on your phone and printed) in case you lose or misplace your medications during your trip.

  • Be sure to share your itinerary and contact information with friends or relatives. This way they can contact you if there's an emergency back home.
